Leatherwood Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Bill Leatherwood, President.  Bill is past president and current board member of the local chapter of the Home Builders Association and a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Bill has 24 years of construction experience. He moved from Texas to Elijah, MO (between Bakersfield and Cloud 9 Ranch) where he spent most of his teen years. He served four (4) years in the Navy then moved to Wyoming where he lived for 15 years and worked in all phases of contruction from residential to high-rises. In 1988 he returned to the West Plains area to be near family.
